Registration Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation and payment
After submitting your registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and, also per e-mail, an invoice for the conference fee and – if you signed up for it – for the optional get-together on Thursday, November 12th, 19:00-22:00 at Rosenstein Museum. The conference fee includes participation in the main conference programme and all catering for the duration of the conference. For participation in the optional get-together, additional costs will be incurred (35 € incl. VAT), even for TRR members.
2. Letter of invitation
On the registration form, you will find a check box to request an invitation letter.
3. Language
The official language of the conference is English.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing addressed to the TRR Conference office. A full refund, less an administration fee of 50 €, will be made for cancellations received on or before 1 October 2015. No refunds will be available after 1 October 2015.
5. Programme modifications
The organiser reserves the right to make any changes that might become necessary in the programme schedule. The current version is published on the internet at www.trr141.de.
